Today, many startups are built with the goal of an "exit"—an acquisition by a bigger company or a stock offering for investors. But what if startups could aim for an exit to community ownership? This talk will explore how community ownership could address some of the pressing problems of the tech economy today and propose three pathways for how such conversions might occur.
